This assessment includes:

• Review of completed health questionnaires and medical history

• Clinical interpretation of relevant data and previous investigations

• An initial personalised nutritional and/or supplementation strategy, where appropriate

Consultations are typically scheduled for approximately 60 minutes, allowing sufficient time for thorough assessment and informed clinical discussion.

This assessment is delivered within a single consultation and serves as the entry point for further specialist care. Where additional tests are indicated, results are reviewed and interpreted within a follow-up consultation to ensure accurate context and clinically reasoned planning.

Follow-Up Consultation

A follow-up consultation is used to review progress, assess physiological response to interventions, and refine the clinical approach based on new information or evolving needs.

Follow-up consultations are typically scheduled for approximately 45–60 minutes, allowing time for considered review, interpretation, and next-step planning

Clinical Care & Ongoing Engagement

The initial assessment establishes clinical priorities and outlines a personalised starting strategy. However, nutritional and microbiome-related responses are dynamic and require observation, interpretation, and refinement over time. Physiological tolerance, emerging patterns, and the impact of interventions cannot be reliably assessed within a single consultation. For this reason, follow-up consultations provide the appropriate clinical framework for review, interpretation of new information, and evidence-based adjustment, ensuring recommendations remain accurate, effective, and safe as the body responds. Guidance between consultations is provided to support the safe implementation of agreed recommendations and to address brief, clinically relevant clarifications; it does not include clinical reassessment, interpretation of new findings, or modification of the care plan, which require dedicated consultation time to ensure appropriate context and clinical rigour. The appropriate level of ongoing engagement is discussed following the initial assessment and determined on a case-by-case basis. Clinically urgent matters are always prioritised appropriately

All findings are interpreted through specialist microbiome expertise and current research, ensuring recommendations are reasoned, individualised, and not protocol-driven.

This programme is offered on a limited basis to ensure exceptional standards of microbiome care and professional support.

Payment, Scheduling & Cancellations

All consultations and programmes are payable in advance to confirm and secure the appointment time. This allows appropriate preparation and ensures clinical time is reserved specifically for you.

Laboratory, genetic, or functional investigations are not included in consultation fees. Where testing is clinically indicated, recommendations are discussed in advance and undertaken only with informed agreement.

Programme validity begins from the date of the initial consultation unless otherwise agreed.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or changed with less notice may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the session, reflecting the clinical time reserved
