Who I am and what I do!

Elena Panzeri MSc, PhD student

Founder & CEO – Ayusha Personalized Nutrition | London (UK)

I am the Founder and CEO of Ayusha Personalized Nutrition, an international, online-based clinical practice delivering highly personalized, science-led care to patients worldwide. While Ayusha is based in London (UK), my consultations are conducted entirely online, allowing me to work with individuals across the globe.

I hold an MSc in Nutrition and Genetics and a BSc in Nutritional Therapy, alongside extensive postgraduate training in naturopathy and a four-year specialist qualification in homeopathy from the Instituto Rudy Lanza, one of Europe’s most respected colleges of natural medicine. With over 25 years of clinical experience, my work integrates advanced biomedical science with functional and integrative approaches to health.

Personalized Nutrition is the cornerstone of my practice. I specialize in translating complex biological data into clear, actionable clinical strategies tailored to each individual. My expertise spans functional medicine testing, nutrigenetics, epigenetics, microbiome analysis, and metabolomics—allowing me to explore how genetics, lifestyle, environment, and the microbiome interact to influence health, disease risk, and longevity.

A central focus of my work is the clinical application of omics technologies. By combining cutting-edge diagnostics with personalized nutritional and lifestyle interventions, I aim to address the root causes of health challenges rather than simply managing symptoms. I work extensively with individuals seeking support for longevity and healthy aging, metabolic dysfunction, chronic and degenerative conditions (including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders), and women’s health, with a particular focus on perimenopause and menopause.

I am currently pursuing a PhD investigating the relationship between the gut and oral microbiome and neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s, reflecting my commitment to advancing both clinical practice and scientific understanding.

In addition to my clinical work, I currently serve as Head of Clinical Education at GutID. In this role, I am responsible for educating hundreds of clinicians globally, helping them understand, interpret, and confidently implement advanced microbiome testing in real-world clinical practice. My work focuses on bridging the gap between complex microbiome science and practical, patient-centered care—making highly sophisticated data both accessible and clinically meaningful. To my knowledge, this is a unique role internationally, dedicated exclusively to translating microbiome science into everyday clinical application at scale.

I also consult with Intus Biosciences, the US-based biotechnology company specializing in innovative microbiome testing behind GutID, supporting the development of highly actionable clinical reports. Through these roles, I have reviewed hundreds of microbiome profiles from patients worldwide, gaining exceptional expertise in complex, multi-system and treatment-resistant cases.

My consultation may seem like an investment, and it is—but one that brings 25 years of expertise across multiple fields, hours of in-depth research, and guidance tailored entirely to you. It’s not just advice—it’s a roadmap designed for your unique body and goals!
